i wish people would tell me what my grift is. i work at a magazine. it has no ads. occasionally i write elsewhere. is my grift that i write for a magazine and then use the money to buy food? aren't grifts lies? what is my lie? i never understand and nobody ever explains https://twitter.com/AthulKAcharya/status/1342213390836531200

i just sit at my desk writing articles. i don't go outside much because lots of work to do on the mag. sometimes i write tweets, though i am trying to write fewer. the opinions in my tweets make people mad because they disagree. i don't think i'm trying to trick anyone though.

i feel like people call me a grifter because they think my hat is stupid and i look like a priggish dork they want to stuff in a locker. or i dissed a philosopher they like. i don't think that's a grift though or if it is it's not quite like being a billionaire tech entrepreneur.
