The Covid vaccination is one of the most important, difficult and complicated public health projects undertaken in the history of the state. The key point is when we have 70% of people vaccinated and that date has so many variables that the day Patient 1 gets a vaccine is a very

minor factor. The kerfuffle about whether they start tomorrow or Tuesday is totally contrived. Do it right and start as soon as you safely can and work with patient 3.2million in mind more so than Patient 1.
