I can’t stress how important it is to find ways to surprise and delight your customers. It builds loyalty and WOM.

The benefit your brand has vs Amazon is the unboxing experience. Leverage it.
Organic social ... it builds community, it helps you tell your story, and it can add a ton of value... when done well it can be an amazing sales generator.

Don’t be afraid to involve your community with the process of building your brand. That shared experience is 🔥🔥🔥.
