It manifested in a few hospital admissions to save my life and finally rehab .
Rehab in Cuan Mhuire was brutal. Ex Addict counsellors rip you apart and get to the cause of the problem. My one was self medicating. Not talking to anyone about mental health. AA was not for me . I wasn't an addict before life went tits up
This Christmas I'm happy, love life , and don't need to wake up at drink 3 bottles of wine before noon . I enjoyed my wine now without missing 2 weeks. To those beating themselves up , sort the cause not get hooked up on the symptoms, be honest about your Mental Health.
