everything through your intuition. Distance yourself from the situation and evaluate it from a neutral standpoint. Make up your own mind about what that means to YOU & how it could impact YOUR life.

accepting we’re all unique. Bake your own cake. Use a bit that resonates from one account, another from another account etc. until you’ve got your own recipe of what being a better person means to you individually.
We tend to look at Ascension in terms of the big goals - like

activating psychic gifts, living in perpetual unconditional Love, achieving contact with Star Nations, etc. But we forget the basis of Ascension is simple: becoming a better, happier, more free version of ourselves. You won’t get contact from Arcturians if you’re still fearful or
traumatized / have other major unresolved issues. Focus on yourself &your work first.
