So if I have this straight, someone made a hacking service for https://Twitter.com , hacked a very large personality that's universally loved, revealed who he was and the service he created to do it, and is now shamelessly advertising the platform.
There's some flaws in this stunt. Number one, bringing attention to themselves. Clearly no one else in their life is giving them the attention they need, but even if this guy has safe guards, people are going to find them. He has committed crimes, and I imagine their...
...computer skills only go so far. I mean, their regular intelligence does. This attack kind of highlists every one of their insecurities: spouting racial slurs to get attention, targeting a nice man that everyone likes, making a twitter scrapper in the first place.
All of thos lead me to believe that they're someone who needed attention while growing up, didn't get it, got involved in hateful insular communities, and took up comsci because that's what happens to most people like that. Also profit, part of his motives is profit...
...but there's a lot of comsci job opportunities that they could have taken. They eschewed these options for some reason, or wanted some extra money on the side. But no one makes a hacking client just for profit. They also wanted chaos, but the reveal of their identity...
...also reveals they they want to be known for that chaos. They want to be the guy who hacked YouTube Good Boi. Anyways, now that they've played their hand, they can't really do much when Twitter inevitably looks into this gaping security flaw and fixes it and looks into...
...the perp that did it. Their motive could be to do a big bug bounty, but even if that was the case, they could have just told Twitter propper. They still wanted some cash, wanted attention, and wanted specificcally infamy and notoriety. I wonder if there's more about this...
...on those four magical channels. Anyways, the issue is probably being solved as we speak. It's a shame incels feel like this is the only way to get recognition. Wish someone would have given them a hug before they became a loser.
