Let’s be clear about what happened 4 weeks ago. Govt were advised by NPHET not to try to reopen hospitality plus retail etc as well as allowing family visits.
They chose their own course of action, and our health staff and thousands of sick people are reaping what Govt sowed.

The numbers coming out of the second lockdown weren’t as low as predicted. The level of reopening was much higher than advised.
Even a straightforward decision to go to remote learning for about 9 school hours was bottled at a time when the growth in the virus was obvious.

There are a lot of people now facing a bleak January, none more so than our healthcare workers & those who are sick.
There is too much focus on personalities in Govt. Instead we need a real focus on decisions they made. They need to be held accountable for this avoidable crisis.
