If these documents are - without more - anything to go by, then it does seem that the real claim of @JDMahama is NOT that he was cheated & or robbed of victory but that @NAkufoAddo didn't obtain the requisite number of votes (50%+1) to be declared President-elect.
That is NOT to say that these claims are, on their own, not significant. If @JDMahama can prove them, ’the better’ for our Constitutional democracy. It is a straight forward matter: @NAkufoAddo either obtained 50% + 1 votes or he did not. The Supreme Court must decide.
Relief ’F’ - ’1st respondent’ - appears to be a typo. It does not seem fatal. With the leave of the Court, it can easily be amended without doing violence to the substance of JM’s case as presently composed.
