I’m impressed by the ingenuity involved in finding ways that everything is Democrats’ fault, including the failure of ideas they backed but that Senate Republicans refused to hold a vote on.

Especially good days before an election that will decide control of the senate.
Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue would really like to muddy the waters on this so one option is always to NOT help them do that.
"Push the Democrats" to do what? They support the checks! That's what you push them to do, to support your policy position. It's not happening because of the GOP majority.

They need to put this stuff in the DSM. https://twitter.com/jasonfarbman/status/1344630976509575168?s=20
The extent to which leftists have had their brains poisoned by the West Wing is hilarious.

Not only did I read the article, I specifically congratulated Sirota for his hard work and creativity in finding a way to blame Dems for something the GOP is doing.

He is extremely good at his job. https://twitter.com/mikedrake178/status/1344634209269329924?s=20
I don't know how many different times I can say this.

I'm not joking or being ironic. If you think of David Sirota's job as "finding ways to blame Democrats for problems that are obviously caused by Republicans" he is genuinely very good at it. https://twitter.com/drchessgremlin/status/1344636103828131840?s=20
You could do this with everything.

Why doesn't America have a welfare state as generous as Denmark? Well, it's because Democrats refused to filibuster the NDAA until Republicans agreed to create one.
Just as a coda to this thread, the Jimmy Dore situation shows there’s no end to this logic — he’s created a reality in which AOC and the Squad are the real obstacles to universal health care. https://twitter.com/kweeninyeiiow/status/1344523244460789761
The main way you move policy to the left is by taking members of congress who are near or to the right of the pivot points and replacing them with members who are to their left. It’s boring but true.
