We have already failed to protect normal NHS services, but we seem to be on the edge of emergency care just not functioning. If you are sick - COVID or otherwise - care might not be there.
Several have warned Tier 4 measures may not be enough to bring down cases, and if that's the case - a further rise is already baked in. We're sleep walking into a catastrophe.
