👉Slump busting, or...

“How to Pull Your Ass Out...
... of the Twitter Toilet”🚽

I’ve been in the crapper, but I’ve clawed my way out.

You can too.

Here’s how.

//THREAD//

👇🏻
2. Pump the Brakes

When the shit is hitting the fan...
...stop throwing shit at the fan.

Don’t force your Twitter presence, you’re only going to make it worse.

Stop, back away from your phone, and breathe...

You’ve got an important question to ask.

👇🏻
3. Do YOU want this?

No, SERIOUSLY...

“Do you WANT to build Twitter?”

Be brutally honest...

YES? Great, move to the next slide.

NO? Great, then stop f*cking doing it.

Life’s too short to do things you don’t want to do.

Twitter’s not going anywhere.

👇🏻
4. Okay, you took a break, but you’re staying...

GREAT!

But, what’s the effing problem?

Check out the rest of your life..

Where else are you sucking right now?

What’s causing you pain?

Be a damn detective and investigate.

Pain gives you clues,

Clues lead to the source

👇🏻
5. Get Yourself Right

You have to be right for your Twitter to be right.

Ain’t no other way around it.

- Mentally
- Spiritually
- Physically
- Emotionally

If these aren’t dialed in, you’re f*cked.

Time will find the cracks.

The cracks will sink your Twitter.

Find them.

👇🏻
6. How?

You need to seek nourishment for your mind, body, and soul.

You need to get active physically, socially, and intellectually.

You need to seek solitude, actively consuming by interacting with the environment.

Allow yourself to feel awed, to be inspired.

Daily.

👇🏻
7. Get Aware

The most influential book I read was
“Awareness” by Anthony de Mello.

Take notes, really interact with the text.

Challenge your beliefs about spirituality and enlightenment.

Identify your illusions, biases, and attachments.

This is where the gold lies.

👇🏻
8. Reconnect with Friends

Remember, you left THEM.

They didn’t leave you, so you’re going to have to be patient

They might not trust you yet, they may not engage with you as thoroughly as they used to.

This is expected.

Do the work, engage with them.

They’ll come back.

👇🏻
9. Re-engage with the Network

If your network has been dormant for awhile,

Some connections will be asleep, and others may be dead.

Without activity, the network withers.

People get used to not having you on their TL.

So, start it up, engage with them.

Be patient.

👇🏻
10. “The Beginner’s Mind”, again

You’re back in, some of your friends are engaging with you, and your network is shaking off the rust...

What’s next?

Go back to the beginning, become a student of the game again.

This is where you f*cked up before.

You stopped learning.

👇🏻
11. Don’t Stop Learning

You will never arrive in Twitter.

The second you think you do, you’re dead, cooked, screwed.

Luckily, YOU control that.

“The Beginner’s Mind” is completely up to you.

Read, write, buy a course, it doesn’t f*cking matter.

Just DON’T STOP LEARNING.

👇🏻
12. Big Ass Finish...

Not really.

Thanks for reading, I hope you found it useful.

Please share it if you did.

I’m here to enrich myself by serving you...

And make some friends along the way.

My DM’s are open, RT the first,

Yada, yada...

Cheers!
