Lots of people are starting to write again, so here's my trick for faking "going to the coffeeshop".
1) eat a baked good and drink a coffee (the sugar and caffeine are part of the experience.
2) sit somewhere atypical in you house (I like the dining room because the light is bright and the chairs are appropriately uncomfortable after an hour or so.)
3) using your computer speakers, turn on a coffeeshop crowd noise. I like http://rainycafe.com , but you can use the pink/brown noise generator of your preference.
4! Using your phone or some other device, listen to a playlist on your headphones. Either mimicking your coffeeshop soundtrack or the playlist you use to drown out the coffeeshop's soundtrack.
The bonus of this method is that you always get the seat closest to the plug.

The downside is that the person interrupting you is not there to bus your table or borrow a chair, but to do something they can probably handle without your input.
Bonus suggestion for folks who can’t handle the repetition in many noise generators: https://twitter.com/purplesaline/status/1345465499522514944
