Dept of Escape Hatch Finding:

Some of the most anti-establishment senators turn to the most Washington of play-calls -- ye ole blue ribbon commission!

"Congress should immediately appoint an Electoral Commission, with full investigatory and fact-finding authority..."

What's politically notable, though, is who is and who's not on this list:

Who is: former House members or similar (as they say at the rent-a-car)

Who's not: Rand, Rubio, Cotton

What goes unmentioned in the statement is how many of these senators won election themselves this year in an election some of them call "tainted." But this is what they're effectively doing -- casting doubt on the legitimacy of their own elections.
