Hey, I am seeing some vaccine hesitation among migrant workers and undocumented immigrants regarding whether getting covid vaccine will go into national database that can be used by ICE.
I honestly do not know the answer to this.

One fear: with states now controlling a lot of the rollout, this could vary by state.
That means one state may have different risk than others for data protection.
Another question is who sees who sees who is getting vaccinated? Who has access to database, etc.

Again I think this is very important. Politics and cost, coupled w stigma have driven fear in undocumented population to access care.
Healthcare has not kept them safe.

Est 3% of US population are undocumented immigrants and they play a VITAL role in virtually every sector, esp agriculture and retail.
Yet, we still have kids separated from their parents. Evidence of hysterectomies performed at border camps. Forgive them for not trusting HHS.

And yes there are a ton of differing articles on this. Some articles say CDC wants personal info. Others say it is up to states. Some say it is safe for undocumented immigrants.

A lot of the fear campaigns I have seen on social media are citing the CDC data use agreement.

Overall: it seems like there are a LOT of differing sources. This is leading to confusion & fear. Most of the fear is warranted. But almost every article agrees on fact every person in United States, regardless of status, should be vaccinated.
Just a matter of risk of doing so.
