Let me say this loud and clear:
IMMEDIATELY report it, share the Tweet with very little people (i.e small GCs), and have VERY LITTLE contact with the person attempting to gain their three seconds of fame within your respective stantwt community/communities.

Also, do not believe what that person is saying, especially if they're giving "proper evidence" of such info/DOXing.
What they may provide could be heavily edited, be staged with someone else in on it, or have info taken from some other innocent soul that has no idea about this.

Let's not forget that it's common sense to respect a faceless content creators privacy, and to literally NOT get their attention through attempting a DOX.
