Interesting play design here

Fake the rollout right and then keep it back the other way
This is what a standard roll out looks like

Essentially a keeper/naked as the line full slides and the QB opens up like he’s going to hand the ball off left
They’re essentially slide protection (spider) passes from single back
The Chiefs run them often

Here’s a screen off of one
They mostly use them on the goal line

Teams that don’t have a fullback usually have the WR run the flat route. Almost always with the same motion

This is the spider mesh play
The 49ers running pretty much the same play here
The 49ers decided to align a WR at FB on this play
I think this is the only time I’ve seen the banana/corner route being thrown

Kittle was a beast from day 1
This is pretty much what they’re designed to look like

HB cuts the outside leg of the first unblocked defender
Some nice 1-2’s here from Garoppolo

Pretty much the same route spacing as on a keeper/naked
Here’s an interesting wrinkle

Essentially like a shovel pass
Get the defense flowing towards sideline and get it to a TE or FB
