Everyone is being affected rn. If you're a leader/manager - please look at how you can slow down the pace of the work you're doing. Stress induced breakdowns are more common than you think. You have a duty of care. Working at 'normality' isn't possible. Take time to accept this.
Resistance comes in many ways. One of those ways is being the one to bring up that delivery dates will have to be moved and non urgent tasks need to be put on hold. It takes more than tweeting 'be kind' and 'look after yourself'. Change the policies where you can.
Just to add! * A duty of care to your staff AND to yourself. Most things are probably not as urgent as your anxiety is telling you they are
