The only words I ever want to hear, from any Republican ever, from now until the end of time, are "I was wrong, and I am sorry." No justifications for your vote, no hemming and hawing about the lesser of two evils, no "I did it to save the babies," nothing.
You don't GET to make excuses for this. You don't get to talk anymore. You are DONE. We are DONE with you. Apologize, shut the fuck up, and go away. I am so SICK of this national temper tantrum you've all been having. I'm so sick of how oppressed you pretend to be.
It was all of this, or you had to fucking THINK for a second about someone other than yourselves. All the sickness, all the death, and now they're TEARING DOWN THE FLAG IN THE U.S. CAPITOL, all of this is because you decided you felt bad and so should everyone else.
FUCK your economic anxiety. Fuck your culture wars. Fuck your abortion protests. Fuck your anti-woman, xenophobic, homophobic bullshit, fuck your MAGA hats, fuck your stupid blue line punisher flags, fuck your fucking trucks.
Fuck your boat rallies. Fuck your need to say the N word loud and proud. Fuck your golf cart parades and your Hamilton boycotts and your dumb war on Christmas. NONE OF THAT MATTERS. LOOK WHAT YOU DID.
From now on, you say you're sorry, and you SHUT YOUR MOUTHS WHEN THE GROWNUPS ARE TALKING. You've shown us the kind of consideration you deserve. You don't get to do anything after this.
