Quick primer on removing Trump using the 25th Amendment:
Pence and a majority of the Cabinet have to agree that Trump is “unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.”
If they do that, Trump is out. Pence becomes Acting President. Right then. Immediately.

Then, Trump will say something like, “no, they’re wrong, I’m able. The most able president ever." Maybe he'll even get a note from that weird doctor.
Pence and the Cabinet can then do one of three things:
1. agree
2. do nothing
3. disagree
Pence and the Cabinet can then do one of three things:
1. agree
2. do nothing
3. disagree
1. If they agree, Trump is President again. Right then.
2. If they do nothing, Trump is President 4 days after he objects to Pence & Co. saying he's unable.
3. If they disagree, it goes to Congress and Congress will decide if Trump is unable to discharge the duties.
2. If they do nothing, Trump is President 4 days after he objects to Pence & Co. saying he's unable.
3. If they disagree, it goes to Congress and Congress will decide if Trump is unable to discharge the duties.
#3 is what will happen. Likely all of the above would happen in a matter of an hour or two.
Then Congress gets a say. It's already in session, but this is where it gets interesting for us because of the timeline.

Pence stays Acting President only if two-thirds of both Chambers agree that Trump is unable to serve. It could vote.
But, Congress has 21 days to make that decision, in which Pence is Acting President.
So it could also run out the clock on Trump.

Yes, Pence could turn around and pardon Trump. https://twitter.com/PickBaudisBrain/status/1347048737332461570?s=19
Pence and Trump are both out of office on January 20 at noon no matter what happens with the 25th Amendment. https://twitter.com/AndrewKaiko/status/1347048960628838400?s=19
No. That requires impeachment, which can be done when Trump is out of office or a guilty plea/verdict for insurrection (18 U.S.C. § 2383)

Also, I should add that this has never happened. There's no precedent. Other provisions of the 25th Amendment have been used by presidents going into surgery to temporarily hand over power on their own (§3), but no VP or cabinet has taken power away from a president under §4.
Addendum: I was not making s prediction or setting odds, just discussing procedure.
