Impeachment is not mutually exclusive with the 25th Amendment. You can do both:
1. Invoke 25th: Will neutralize Trump through end of term (including CIC and pardon powers);
2. Impeach: Will document high crimes and misdemeanors, serve as precedent, and tarnish legacy

3. Convict and Remove:
Maybe not enough votes but...maybe yes? Unclear whether this can happen after term is over. Punishment can include not holding public office again
4. Prosecute: Rebellion/Insurrection statute also includes penalty prohibiting holding public office

#4 up to future DOJ and maybe unlikely but honestly I’m past the idea that you can’t prosecute a former president and that we need to move on. Also Q will be ether provable and able to secure conviction
