I mean that's a 9mm automatic pistol, right? A Glock 17 or something like that? This person was there with every intention of binding and executing someone, right?
Here he is from another angle. It really looks like he was using the whiskey dick rebellion to search the seats, looking for people hiding, ready to bind them. He's wearing a back Apple Watch (I think a 5), and he's using a red iPhone as a sort of make-shift body cam.
Also of note, of course, is the TN blue line patch just below his dopey Punisher patch. And his hat, as discovered by others, is from a very specific place. But I'm not done Sherlocking this just yet, and the company in question has been blocking people who mention them on this.
The phone is almost certainly a 2020 red iPhone SE. I've narrowed it down to a fellow who ticks a LOT of the boxes, but so far I can't find any photos of him with this specific model phone.
I did NOT do all the work on this, I want to add.
And I am NOT able to say that this IS the guy. I want to be very clear about that.
So here's a gentleman named Richard Ryan (on the far right, ba-dum-bump). Apparently he was a YouTuber who shot guns at phones as comedy, or something. He then got hired by Black Rifle Coffee as a video producer for their website.
That's a nice black Apple Watch there. Looks like a 5. Lots of people have those, though.
Our Capital Hill zip-ties-and-pistol-guy seems to be particularly fond of the police in Tennessee. The same place where Ryan was born.
The hat is from Black Rifle Coffee. The coincidences are really piling up.
But hey, just because someone of the same height, race, and build, with a fondness for the same state, and a connection to a workplace as zip-ties there, it proves nothing, really. Without knowing more about this Richard Ryan guy, I'm reluctant to say more. So let's look more!
He works at @blckriflecoffee, where our terrorist bought (or was given as an employe) his hat. So let's see what BLACK RIFLE COFFEE'S OWN FUCKING WEBSITE has on Ryan...
