I am willing to consider how we can move forward media wise with regards to how we react but me personally I just have a reflexive reacting to “well we shouldn’t call them terrorists” cause I’m like I’ve been criminalized my whole life
And now the white people are doing criminal shit it’s like “wait a minute hold on nuance” I’m like damn where was the nuance for me where was it for Muslim people for people whose mosques were getting infiltrated?
like I don’t know man, my empathy that doesn’t run that deep for these people with completely illegitimate grievances
