1300 people dead today and you still find people showing off on here about how they avoid wearing masks in public places.
you know what, if you really think you're fantastically clever because you have found some legal loophole that means you cant be forced to wear a mask in a shop, then dont wear one. But why be proud of it? Have some decorum and shut the fuck up.
Strangest thing is that these people seem to think the Government is leading some evil conspiracy to er.. make people wear masks. Like its been their devilish plan all along.
All I've seen since on here since the start of the pandemic day upon day are legions of know-it-all obtuse fucking people arguing, blaming, nit picking, politicising, and making excuses as to why they should carry on as normal. And guess what, here we are. 1300 dead in one day.
Egged on the media, of course, the likes of Sky News loving every minute of it, stoking uncertainty and fear with deliberately misleading headlines.
Imagine how much difference it could have made if the devolved govts had cast aside differences and aligned their rules with ours. Yes, there could have been points of debate/discussion , but the overall effect would have been increased trust in them as being effective.
