I’ve been toying with she/they pronouns for a bit, and I have yet to actually experience someone using both pronouns for me.
.
Jo introduced her pronouns as she/they the other day (I was w them) and immediately the other person used both for Jo

Before I go on - I love Jo’s pronouns and I love that the person we were with used both pronouns for Jo.
However, noticing that they didn’t alternate my pronouns after I’d introduced myself the same way (she/they) reminded me how tied we are to gender expression matching pronouns

it’s easier for someone to comprehend Jo using two sets of pronouns but because i am feminine, people alternate my pronouns so rarely I feel like I should stop telling people both
And it makes me question whether I’m even allowed to use both pronouns. Which is bullshit!!! I don’t think I’ve ever experienced someone actually using both of mine except Jo
Anyway this is all to say, when someone introduces themselves with multiple/all pronouns, USE ALL OF THEIR PRONOUNS regardless of what their gender EXPRESSION communicates
