OK. I'm going to talk about what the Twitter ban means from the point of view of a sexual and domestic violence attorney, because Trump is a domestic violence offender and the pattern is the same.
People like Trump, when their victims push back, when there's any kind of consequences, will respond with an "extinction burst" of dramatic acting out. That's not to say we, the public, will get to see it, but I would bet my last dollar it's started already.
This Twitter ban is provoking an extreme rage right now. I wouldn't be surprised if there are a few leaks about it. People with far less insulation from punishment than Trump throw full out meltdowns on people's yards after a firm boundary like this fails to yield.
Now, he has handlers, but they've had precious little success concealing previous bursts of rage from us, especially with Twitter as a corroborating medium.
The problem is, Twitter has also always been an outlet both for his rage and his need for attention, and both are cut off.

I think he's going to try to call into the networks. I don't think he can cope, at this stage, with what's happening without trying to make himself heard about the great outrage that has been delivered to his person.

Extinction bursts get disturbing and deeply weird at times when you're dealing with people who don't have at their disposal the resources Trump has. They're gonna show you, no matter what it takes. I'm not terrified. But I'm worried handlers aren't enough.
Usually I'm worried about the weekend for a client, because they may not be able to reach me if something pops off.

I don't know if someone like Trump, days from being out of power, staring down impeachment, increasingly isolated, and cut off from his ego supply won't find something dramatic and unexpected to do instead of listening to advice and keeping it together.
People who survive abuse are often very sensitive to the moods of people around them because it's a survival technique. Keep an eye on things, folks. Watch for more visible signs of the extinction burst.
