Vaccinated people must not change their behaviour because we still don’t know if vaccines can stop spread of coronavirus. They must still distance & wear masks. This is for their advantage as well as others. More spread means more chance of mutation & vaccine resistance. RT pls.
Vaccines have been shown to be effective at protecting those who get them from becoming ill because of coronavirus. This is fabulous. But the jury is still out on transmission. This is a good article to explain: https://fortune.com/2020/12/22/covid-vaccine-infectious-face-masks-transmission/
Please don’t despair. It won’t be forever. We should be able to know the answer soon. Also with more people vaccinated, more will be protected & that’s great, even if vaccines don’t completely stop transmission. We just need to prevent the virus spreading widely in the meantime.
Imagine if we had no vaccines. How much worse can that be? But we’ve got several of them. And that’s amazing. In less than 1 year. We just need to make sure the virus doesn’t outsmart them. It may do so if it has lots of room to spread and mutate. We need to be smart ones here

*the smart ones.
