And as an instructing solicitor, if i saw counsel (to whom I have lent my professional reputation by instructing them) pulling stunts like this on one of my cases, the professional relationship would be over.
This has been an interesting thread. Consensus seems to be that despite its historical usage; if used without particularisation:
