N95 masks protect YOU. There is a one way valve that still spreads your own exhaled air into the surrounding area. The cdc currently recommends cloth masks to trap expelled droplets from your mouth and nose.
The covid vaccine (at least Pfizer and moderna) are 2 doses to provide better immunity. Even then, you can still get covid! If you get a little sick immediately after the vaccine, consider your immune system to be working just as intended, if not a little dramatic.
Currently hcws are recommending that at least 70-80% of the population gets vaccinated. That included pregnant women, and those who have already had covid 19. The only ones who are not recommended to get it are those who have had severe reactions to vaccine in the past.
If you test positive for covid, you should ABSOLUTELY stay home for at least 10 days. I don’t care if you don’t have any symptoms. Gobbess orders.
If you have any questions about covid 19 or the vaccines, please go to your local government public health website, as they should have the most accurate locally affected information. In the USA, local governments are the ones organizing vaccine distribution.
