Such headlines could be used as a final judgment on the discrimination against the Indian Muslims. Muslims are in Jail (twice or thrice than their population share) bcz they face bail problem. Here the outcome variable does not present this scenario.
The class, social-network are some other critical issues. I know there is no data on such variables. One more important thing is that even before the judicial process, there may be enough chances that police may make a strong case against a Muslim accused. The point is that+

Although the govt appointee committees always have limitations. Glad that you people r coming out with such focused work. Books on this issue cover a wide range of topics & are not focused.
