(1/3) Tech companies' enforcement of their TOS should respect basic rule of law values. Equality before the law is a basic rule of law value. So, in my view at least, TOS should be applied equally to all, whoever they might be.
(2/3) A separate question is whether prohibitions on content that incites violence apply to content that has the effect of inciting violence or content that is intended to incite violence (or both). This not clear from the wording of most companies’ TOS – and should be clarified.
