Blumenthal asserts, without evidence, that AOC coordinated an attack on Jimmy Dore. Also asserts, without evidence, that the Democratic leadership were scared of Force the vote.
Blumenthal says that @theintercept is engaging in "access journalism" and that's why they protect her. Calls them "the interslept"
Blumenthal mocks AOC's manner of speaking. Says that she was never a part of any movement and lied about her working class background. "You have to have a headshot before you get hired at that bar."
"Uplifted by all these DSA people who live in the gentrifyin sections of her district which are pushing the Puerto Ricans out ... She starts to get cognitively captured by the establishment."
Says she didn't do force the vote because she wants to be president.
Blumenthal just asserts all this stuff without evidence, and uses this opportunity to air grievances against rival papers and politicians who shut him out. In many ways, this screed is just a more erudite way of doing what Jimmy does.
