Progress and performance isn't linear. This is particularly true if you have a lot of factors in your life that are in flux.

Even with good habits, effective stress management and very good nutrition, training is something most of us fit into our life. Unlike our favourite athletes we don't structure life around training!
Push hard, be patient. Forgive yourself the unavoidably bad days (they were still better than nothing) and no matter what:
