Many reasons to be excited about @JoeBiden’s #AmericanRescuePlan. Let me highlight a few.

THREAD
First, and unfortunately this is something we need to recognize, it is refreshing to have a President (in 6 days) who has an actual plan to #EndThePandemic
Second, the #AmericanRescuePlan puts forth the federal resources, leadership, and support needed to fully deploy the vaccine, reopen schools, and get us back to normal.
Third, the #AmericanRescuePlan is the single largest child anti-poverty plan ever by expanding and making fully refundable the child tax credit that #NewDem Chair @RepDelBene has championed with others in Congress.
Fourth, the #AmericanRescuePlan seeks to eliminate the cliffs millions of Americans have experienced twice during the pandemic by tying unemployment benefits to health and economic conditions. #NewDems @RepDonBeyer, @RepDerekKilmer, and others have pushed for this.
