2/? The real problem with this impeachment is that the same law also completely exonerates him. You need advocacy of violence or other lawlessness as a first step and it’s just not there 
3/? And the language the house cited in the impeachment—“fight like hell”—doesn’t count. He also said specifically to be peaceful and we all know that “fight” is a cliche meaning political fight.

I can go on and on. Just google the names of public figures and the word “fight.” They all say it. They use all kinds of violent and militaristic words to describe just plain politics. And none of it is advocacy of real violence and they know it
