1) Journal Writing

Usually when we get angry over something or someone we tend to react immediately without ever giving it a thought or often we keep our feeling inside us but from now keep a journal and write whatever you feel, about your day, your feeling anything.
You will feel free and also your mind will open up to new ideas and you will get more clarity.
2) Cut out toxic people

Your circle might be the main reason for your sufferings and tensions. If your circle always talks about negativity, news, junk, criticism and doesn't help you grow, It is the right time to reflect on this.

Your circle defines your life.
3) Have some walk in nature

Do you remember the last day you spent your time listening to the chirping of birds or the sound of the flowing river?

No
Then go out and enjoy some time with nature, have some fresh airs.
4) Give a holiday to your phone

You are always staring your eyes at this small device and consume a lot of information which can be negative and positive and at last end up with strain or headache.

Practice digital detox once a week and thank me later.
5) Take a Soothing Bath

Sometimes giving your body detox is simply giving yourself the chance to truly wind down and relax. And what better way to do that than a soothing bath?
6) Learn something new

You might want to learn a new language or might want to finish a course or a book.
Use this day and complete that.

Don't just leave it for another week or month.

If you wait for the perfect time you will always end up waiting.
