sitting in my office on the day my store is closed because plumbers are here

just gonna,,,,watch a documentary about aliens,,,,,
ohshit it's my boy, Dr. Steven Greer
at least the random doc I picked is about psychic communication with alien intelligences and not how aliens built the pyramids or whatever bullshit that just makes me yell at the screen
I am a person of many facets

for example, I love Giorgio Tsoukalos but Ancient Aliens fills me with fury that is only rivaled by watching shows about conspiracy theories
HEY TOM DELONGE, I WAS WONDERING WHEN YOU'D GET HERE
okay I am deeply enjoying the supercut of horrific aliens from movies set to "Why Can't We Be Friends"
Y'ALL ARE JUST GONNA MAKE ME WATCH DR. STEVEN GREER CRY?? MAKE MY HEART BREAK OVER THIS KIND MAN HAVING LOST SO MUCH?? FUCK,,,
I'm holding off on recommending this doc until I'm finished watching it bc these things have a habit of going off the rails in the back half BUT I'm enjoying it very much so far
This must've been filmed before Jan Harzan got busted for trying to bang a minor,,,,,,
I feel like such an asshole watching these types of docs because I'm just sitting here nodding, muttering things like "yeah, obviously" under my breath
"any extraterrestrial craft must, by necessity, also be transdimensional"

"no shit dude"
Edgar Mitchell went to space and all he got was an intrinsic understanding of Kabbalistic teachings
"You can't break the laws of physics. If something works then the laws we currently recognize must be changed to accommodate that new information."

this old physics guy is dope as hell
okay, I personally don't believe that beings from other parts of the universe/dimensions are inherently malicious (if they were, we'd be toast by now), but I *also* feel like inviting them in to yourself is maybe not a great idea?
any extraterrestrial/dimensional beings are likely so far removed from what we consider good/bad/morality/whatever that even if they aren't actively trying to do us harm, their perspective would be so different that it might still be harmful?
I personally subscribe to the idea that things like fae folk and spirits throughout history are the same beings that we now label as aliens (I could recommend some books to anyone interested) and as such maybe just flinging your mental doors wide open isn't cautious
also there's no way in the everloving fuck that I would get into a group of people and trust that the vibes they're sending out are good? you don't know what's in these peoples' subconscious? what they're calling out to? fucking hell dude
Max Planck invented quantum theory and all he got was a basic understanding of Hermeticism
I'm gonna be honest with y'all, watching scientists grasp things that esoteric teachings figured out centuries ago is my fet
...which is why I've stopped trying to explain things to the types of atheists that worship science as if it is a god

it's like...give it time, bro, science will get there
Schrodinger also ended up at Hermeticism, look at that
Alright, after finishing it, I can completely recommend "Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind: Contact Has Begun" (which is available on Prime)!
