It's not even worth going into particulars. It's rewarmed ethical oil plus Rotary Club speechifying on Alberta's O&G environmental record plus cheap shots at Trudeau. It's shockingly bad, even for Kenney
The only even half-plausible takeaway here is that Kenney hopes if he bloviates enough, Albertans will blame Trudeau for not stomping his feet at an incoming president instead of him for making an abysmally bad bet
