Poets, writers, publicists who have launched a book during a pandemic - how did you do it? What's working best?

Readers & book lovers - what kind of launch experiences have you loved? Who is doing this well? But also, what do you wish you saw more of? 1/

So, I'd love to hear from you. What have you seen that you loved? How can we learn from each other?
