CAN YOUR EMPLOYER OR GOVERNMENT FORCE YOU TO GET VACCINATED?

The debate here is between bodily integrity versus section 8 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- in May 2020 Amcu in labour Court won a case reaffirming that there was a need for detailed, binding national standards to guide employers and protect mineworkers against the hazards presented by COVID-19 upon their return to work in the mining industry post the hard lockdown.
Question is does vaccinations fall under the same ambit.

From 2018 Home Affairs officials can no longer waiver to marry same sex couples.

In other words you cannot use right to prejudice a group of people especially a vulnerable group.
Can the same logic be used to limit section 16 of the constitution. That your right to bodility integrity could be used against people who are susceptible to die due to COVID-19 and its complications?
