I've been doing some research around Scottish LGBT lives recently and today there's a lot of conversation around Scottish trans people.

From people i've spoken to recently, it seems that this problem is only getting worse, not better

There is also stories of hope, and people finding their tribes and forming a safe bubble of fellow LGBT people where they feel safe.
So for people struggling atm, just turn it all off... disconnect and find time to zoom with friends (lockdown innit) There's enough going on atm
