in a very strange, twist tho

if the bancs gamble away all the free chips they received

the casino actually charges its' regular customers a fee to bailout the bancsters

and the customers go along with it
now, this will really sound crazy, however...

we are now at the stage where the regular customers will agree to pay the bancs a fee to hold their USDs

so, the casino gets bigger, the bancs shuffle and deal, while the regular customers hit the rail
to conclude

the regular customer is paying a fee to the casino
the regular customer is paying a fee to the banc

some regular customers on reddit decide to shuffle and deal

casino and bancs gotta fold, call or raise
