Just had the opportunity to speak with @CalFootball defensive back Cam Bynum ( @Cambeezy_ ). Great kid, incredibly humble with a good sense of humour. Here's a thread of some of what Cam had to say.

Bynum says that being invited and being a part of the Senior Bowl is a "blessing". Said he needed to to "take it all in" once arriving in Mobile.
Bynum said that Day 1 of the Senior Bowl was not as good as it could have been. Cited "working out of his comfort zone". Said that #WMU WR and Senior Bowl starlet D'Wayne Eskridge gave him some issues in 1 on 1s. Says he's performed better in 7 on 7s and scrimmage
Bynum said he's working on being "well rounded" in case teams view him in roles such as slot corner or safety, given that he played outside at Cal.
When asked if playing a 4 game season may have put him at any disadvantage given that many of the players down in Mobile played more games this year, Bynum's response was "No. I've been staying football ready... 4 games is enough. I've played football all my life"
When asked the challenges of the 2020 season (uncertain start, schedule changes etc) Bynum said "it's crazy but not too surprising given the Pandemic. Switch from UW to UCLA to start the season was "fun" because of the challenge of gameplanning on short notice. "Kept us prepared"
Bynum said his focus for Day 3 of the practices is to focus on having "a complete practice". Elaborating he wants to have high level scrimmage and 1 on 1s
Bynum says his "go to film" if he had to sell an NFL team on him using one game would be Oregon 2019. Citing that he played well against now Chargers QB Justin Herbert and that he had a well rounded game in coverage and tackling.
If you could choose any team to play for at the NFL level, who it would be? Favourite NFL team growing up?
A: "I never had a team growing up because I always knew I had what it takes to make it to the league. So I'd say as a business man, I wanna go to a state with low taxes"

Last question: Who is a QB that Bynum can't wait to intercept at the NFL level?
Bynum: "Tom Brady because he's the GOAT. Or Aaron Rodgers because he's in that same GOAT discussion and he's a Cal guy, so there's extra motivation
