The support the US and UK are giving to the Saudi war on Yemen goes way beyond mere arms sales anyway.
Frankly, there's no good reason to believe that it won't be business as usual between the US and KSA under Biden, perhaps with a few cosmetic tweaks for public consumption. https://twitter.com/FrankRGardner/status/1354778063201034245

Call that overly pessimistic or fatalistic if you like, but I just think it's a realistic appraisal of the politics of the Democrats under Biden. What is there in his track record that suggests he'll make some kind of radical break? Absolutely nothing.
We saw the same when Obama was a new President: he was gonna close Guantanamo, and end the wars, and start promoting democracy and so on. None of it happened because it was never intended to happen. Just propaganda to win over left-liberals.
Interesting thread on this from Sarah Leah-Whitson. Looks like Biden is already rowing back on what he actually promised: https://twitter.com/sarahleah1/status/1354784459892154372
