I totally agree with this. I am also pro-life. I myself am a father of 10 children (biological & through adoption). I also have a free medical clinic that serves both immigrant & non-immigrant uninsured. We offer STD testing/treatment, labs, & PAP free of charge.

I’m also tired of the political rhetoric associated w/ pro-life. I attended a crisis pregnancy gala many yrs ago. Guests were the state & US politicians. The speaker was a famous pro-Trmp pastor preaching about the “evil culture” & name dropped Foxnews ppl he knew personally.
How can we tell mothers to keep their babies yet judge them for being on welfare?
We want to withhold contraception b/c they’re not married yet we’re just as afraid if we unexpectedly got pregnant & use contraception ourselves.

Side note: It’s almost if we’re more afraid of getting pregnant & use contraception than getting COVID & wear a mask.
I hear stories of organizations that try to counsel single mothers to convert to Christianity, but if they refused, were pressured to place their baby for adoption to a Christian family.
As Christians, we need to advocate pro-life not politically, but relationally. Also our lives need to display that we actually believe life is a gift from God. Immigration? Poverty? Guns? Death Penalty? Blessing those that persecute you? Generosity w/o incentive?
IMO our witness needs to be prophetic in this way so that when we do have a chance to say something about our hope in Christ, it’ll be presented more as an explanation for something they can already see...lives transformed.
I’m pro-life. I do have something to say, but b/c issues are so complex, Twitter doesn’t have me enough characters for me to say what I feel.
