Disclaimer: I think this costume looks cool, but...
It doesn't quite say "Power Girl."
Moreover, she's not someone who needs a "P" symbol (or any other kind of symbol, for that matter), because she's NOT Superman; she's her own person.
Her classic costume reinforces this. https://twitter.com/purplesarrows/status/1354804481108570112

And that's important to understand, because Power Girl took that name so she's not confused with her cousin.
Her having her own identity is important to her character.
Her having her own identity is important to her character.
Her individuality is what matters, more so than a symbol on her chest -- or for that matter, a boob window.
Also!
Thinking further on this...
Boob window or not, there really shouldn't be a symbol on Power Girl's chest.
Because in doing so, you just make her more like another character that's already out there:
Supergirl.
We don't need that, and neither does Power Girl.

Supergirl is the direct derivative of Superman, not Power Girl.
Power Girl is the character who wanted to extend her cousin's legacy of doing good... but on her own terms and in her own way.
Let Power Girl be Power Girl.
