Hotel quarantine of international arrivals, but not of cases in the community, is, to me at least, a very odd policy to back.

UK has possibly lower than 20% adherence to self-isolation.

Where is the clamour to offer hotel accommodation to community cases..?
So much focus is on cases & new variants coming in, but many seem to have forgotten about the cases at home..

If we're serious about 'unlocking' while keeping cases lower & reducing the chance of vaccine resistant mutants to arise, we must action PH policies for community cases.
Having hotel quarantine for cases in the community is one of the most effective & cost-effective policies the government can implement.
