Something of interest: February 1st a contractor plane left Terceira Island (Portugal) to 
Toronto. Terceira has a new prison being used similar to Gitmo & 
military base there. Also, Justice Department has been in Toronto on Jan 23rd & Jan 27.
Obama was winding down the USA base in Terceira. THEN Donald Trump when elected did the exact opposite.

When I look at the flight log for the Justice department, I can’t help but wonder if there was any private covert flights as on January 27th it shows it left Toronto & then landed at the same airport 27 minutes later.Possible the plane slipped off somewhere else between 23-27?

Here is the USA department of Justice’s airplane info in case anyone wants to poke around. It shows the plane is still in Toronto for the past 7 days. My spidey senses tells me that maybe flight info is not being made public.

Article from 2015 indicating the devastation locals on Terceira Island were feeling that the USA base was closing. The economy was built around that base.
