Maarten Stekelenburg (£850,000)- 5/10
World Cup finalist, Maarten Stekelenburg, was Walsh’s first signing. Him and Joel Robles both ended the season with 21 appearances each. Nice guy, actually met him during lockdown while he was walking his dog. Was he bad? No. Was he great? No

Idrissa Gana Gueye (£7.1 million)- 10/10
Thought he’d be shite when he signed but what do I know? Gueye ended up being one of the best ball winning midfielders in the world. A big shame he left us but at least we made a profit... and who actually blames him for leaving?

Ashley Williams (£12 million)- 1/10
Unnecessary fights, 2 red cards and a terrible attitude. Oh and I had a bet for us to beat United 1-0 with jags to score first, all going well up until the wanker hand balls it on the line. 1-1 Ibra penalty 90+6 and I missed out on winning £500

Yannick Bolasie (£25 million)- 2/10
oh I think that I’ve found myself a cheerleader
Fans love him because he’s a little fanboy on Twitter but let’s be honest he’s been a complete failure. His injury unfortunately ruined him, without him managing to ever get back in the team

Dominic Calvert-Lewin (£1.5 million)- 10/10
Ok so Walsh did something good
what a player DCL has become and he’s not even finished developing. Under Ferguson + Ancelotti, he has become a top #9 and has even drawn Inzaghi comparisons for his brilliant one touch finishes

Enner Valencia (loan)- 5/10
Not really much to say on him tbh, did his job of providing backup to Lukaku

Ademola Lookman (£11 million)- 6/10
No one ever doubted his talent, but his attitude was a huge issue. Came with such promise, even scored on his debut in the 4-0 win V City, but after his loan to leipzig, it was clear he wanted to return to Germany. Made a good profit on him

Morgan Schneiderlin (£22 million)- 2/10
Wasn’t bad in his first 6 months, but after that he was horrendous. Needless red cards and attitude problems made him one of the most disliked players I’ve seen in a while

Davy klaasen (£23 million)- 2/10
Klaasen was Ajax’s captain, leading his team to the 2016-17 Europa league final. Some will say he didn’t really get a chance at us, others will say he was just a pile of shit who didn’t suit the league at all

Jordan Pickford (£25 million)-6/10
A rating that will split opinion but here’s why I’ve given a 6. He’s been our #1 since signing and has played virtually every game. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t believe he’s good enough at all, but at least he’s stayed in the team (+ van Dijk

Henry Onyekuru (£6.8 million)- 2/10
Everton legend in my books, never put a foot wrong. We also made a profit on him which is why he didn’t get a 1/10

Michael Keane (£25 million)- 7/10
Shaky in his first few seasons but under Ancelotti, he’s become a key player for us. A solid defender who also chips in with a few goals.
there once was an Englishman tall and mean

Sandro Ramirez (£5.2 million)- 1/10
Compilations lead me to believe this guy was a Messi regen.... in reality he was just a Spanish Niasse with extortionate wages

Wayne Rooney (free)- 6/10
Rooney made his return to his boyhood club, scoring 10 goals in 31 games, finishing top scorer for the season. Brought experience and a few goals to the team + THAT hat trick V West Ham. Also can’t forget his pen against the shite

Cuco Martina
(free)- 1/10
Nicknamed the Curaçao Cafu, it’s mad to think Steve Walsh managed to pick him up on a free. Seriously though, is 1/10 too kind?????

Gylfi Sigurdsson (£40 million)- 4/10
Sigurdsson as a player hasn’t been terrible for us. He was our joint top scorer in 2018/19 with 14 goals and has scored 27 goals + 19 assists in 137 games since signing. He has however started to decline the past 2 years+FORTY MILLION POUNDS??

Nikola Vlasic (£10 million)- 5/10
Another player full of promise who unfortunately was never able to reach his potential at us. I firmly believe he deserved another chance however he is now tearing it up for CSKA Moscow

So now a word on Koeman, seeing as Vlasic was his last major signing as Everton manager (he signed a few youngsters like Josh Bowler and Denis Adeniran but didn’t think they were worth rating). This man, along with Steve Walsh, set this club back by many years and threw away
Millions and millions of Moshiris riches. Yes, this money barely puts a dent in Moshiris bank account, but FFP is still very much a thing. Koeman was an arrogant, self centered prick who never looked like he had a clue. It was always what was best for Koeman and never the club.
He never gave a shit about us as fans, who remembers the Christmas tree? He played DCL at RWB which is one of the most ridiculous things I’ve heard, but the worst of all? His treatment of Niasse. After that, I’m ashamed to say he ever had any affiliation with this club. https://twitter.com/classcarlo/status/1356669293027602434
Now back to the signings, three more from Allardyce, Starting with:
Cenk Tosun (£20 million)- 3/10
Announced when we were 1-0 down in the Merseyside derby. Scored a few important goals but after fat Sam left, he’s barely made any impact. His hair as well

Theo Walcott (£20 million)- 4/10
Like Tosun, Walcott made an impact under fat Sam, but after he left, Theo struggled to find his best form. Was always a good squad player and I’m forever grateful for his goal against Watford last season

Eliaquim Mangala (loan)- 1/10
Got injured in his second game (5-1 loss to arsenal) and never played for us again. Pretty irrelevant signing that no one probably remembers

Now a bit on Steve Walsh:
Steve Walsh went to Milan, came home with a pizza and a sun tan. Marcel Brands went to Barcelona, came home with Andre Gomes, Lucas Digne and Yerry Mina, 3 important players for us right now.

Steve Walsh successfully managed to blow away around £350 million on players we are still trying to offload to this day and it has been Marcel Brands job to clear all of this shit out. Steve Walsh managed to sign Mahrez, Vardy and Kante while at Leicester which to be honest,
Was probably luck and it most likely wasn’t even him behind scouting them. Overall, the Steve Walsh era has put a halt on our clubs development and it’s taken a few years just to pull ourselves out of that mess. As fans we need to be patient and trust Ancelotti and Brands

End of thread, all likes and RTs really appreciated as a lot of work goes into these
