Startup - Selling Indian cuisine made by home chefs across Nagpur.
1. You aren't selling anything on the landing page,looks like food trivia site which confuses the user.
Be clear about what your Startup does users have less attention span.

It is really cumbersome on phone to place a order which why they might be losing customers.

Talk to users who bounced back from your website, what were they expecting, what didn't meet their expectations.
Maybe they were coming with different expectations and there's some mistake in targeting right audience by your marketing team.

Find out what are they doing different from those who didn't convert.
And then try to make your new users follow the same path which is converting users intro customers.
