The Solution
- SafeVChat - an ultra-secure Zoom
- PrivacyLok - add-on security service for existing infra

Adoption issues for SafeVChat
- large enterprise companies will not up-end their infrastructure for a new offering and spend time training employees unless the offering is so compelling that it’s a must-have.
- IT IS A MUST-HAVE, LITERALLY, for the industries stated above

With this in mind:
- adoption of SafeVChat will still be a tough ask for any large comp, but that’s where PrivacyLok comes in
- PrivacyLok is an ADD-ON to existing services, meaning businesses only have to ADD something, not REPLACE something. ADDING is easier than replacing.

Partners?
- im not expert on which distribution partners are valuable or big or popular or well-known, but what I can attest to is that having not only a US partner, but having a Canadian partner, again, shows management’s ability to execute toward their vision of growth.

Napkin math
- ZM is $120b, SFOR is $110m, so ZM is 1000x...
- If SFOR were to ONLY capture 1% of ZM’s market share, SFOR would be worth $1.2b, or $1.70 per share.
but let’s be real, SFOR will capture a LOT more than that.
> $3 pps is my estimate for near term. now $0.155
