THE PROBLEM

Everyone is familiar with $ZM Zoom’s security issues by now, and if you aren’t, get familiar:

- routing traffic through china
- turning ur comp into a local server
- non end-2-end encrypton for video
- zoombombing https://nymag.com/intelligencer/2020/04/the-zoom-app-has-a-lot-of-security-problems.html
“bUt i dOn’T cArE aBoUt sEcuRiTy”

Yea, neither do I, but you know who does?
1. healthcare companies (HIPAA) [ $UNH ]
2. government agencies - $PLTR successful for a reason
3. financial services (duh) [ $MS $JPM $GS ]
Healthcare Spend on CybSec

$125 billion in the next 5 years
Government Spend on CybSec

$18 billion in 1 year
Financial Services Spend on CybSec

$2,691 PER EMPLOYEE, and growing
The Solution
- SafeVChat - an ultra-secure Zoom
- PrivacyLok - add-on security service for existing infra
Adoption issues for SafeVChat

- large enterprise companies will not up-end their infrastructure for a new offering and spend time training employees unless the offering is so compelling that it’s a must-have.
- IT IS A MUST-HAVE, LITERALLY, for the industries stated above
With this in mind:

- adoption of SafeVChat will still be a tough ask for any large comp, but that’s where PrivacyLok comes in

- PrivacyLok is an ADD-ON to existing services, meaning businesses only have to ADD something, not REPLACE something. ADDING is easier than replacing.
Partners?

- im not expert on which distribution partners are valuable or big or popular or well-known, but what I can attest to is that having not only a US partner, but having a Canadian partner, again, shows management’s ability to execute toward their vision of growth.
Share structure:

- no significant dilution, convertible debt has been negotiated away
- 700 million OS

did i mention, they’ve applied to uplist to OTCQB and expect to be nasdaq uplisted this year?
Customers?:

have heard that folks (shareholders) have contacted distributors and distributors have said many large clients are in the pipeline, though i can’t find the links for that

read below, direct quote from CEO "former Zoom and Microsoft Teams users" $MSFT $ZM
Leadership

CEO - CIO @ JPM, Board of Advisors @ Pace University

Chairman - Board Member @ Samsung $SSNLF + $DELL , CIO @ US DeptofCommerce + FederalAviationAdmin + DeptofHomelandSecurity, ExecutiveonGrounds @ University of Virginia, connected to Ro Khanna

(jeez lol)
Insiders?

~7 million shares bought by the team in the past 3 months…
Napkin math

- ZM is $120b, SFOR is $110m, so ZM is 1000x...

- If SFOR were to ONLY capture 1% of ZM’s market share, SFOR would be worth $1.2b, or $1.70 per share.

but let’s be real, SFOR will capture a LOT more than that.

> $3 pps is my estimate for near term. now $0.155
and that's that folks. if you enjoy and want me to find and publicize more diamonds in the rough like this, retweet the thread, like, comment, whatever you want.
